Our Gluten free Journey
Hi everyone, I am Dr Shweta, a working mother of 5 year old and now a YouTuber. My husband and daughter are both gluten sensitive. My husband's gluten sensitivity got detected at the age of 25, while he suffered for all those years; whereas for my daughter it got detected at a very young age of 3 years, when she started preschool-daycare. Hence, my gluten-free cooking journey started to ensure gluten free food tastes good, so that my family does not miss anything, and gradually cooking and baking interesting and tasty gluten free food became my passion.
Now, after having mastered a few recipes, I have started my own channel to share the ALTERNATIVE ingredients and recipes for gluten food, which we think would be impossible to make without gluten.
The recipes are easy to make, and made from 100% gluten free ingredients. Also with substitutes for dairy free version.
I wanted to help the other mothers or people who are providing support to people with Celiac disease by sharing the recipes.
I promise, you can enjoy pretty much all of the delicious foods you used to enjoy before going gluten-free!
